Mindfulness helps improve holistic health and awareness by offering tools for balance and happiness, despite stressful change and other harmful, internal and external conditions.
Integrative Self-Care practice involves grounding and focuses on interdisciplinary activities that offer release of blockages and relief of anxiety and other symptoms of discomfort and illness.
The Mindfulness & Integrative Self Care (MISC) program offers skills-practice across wellness areas including but not limited to:

In-School Detention Alternatives
Teams learn individual, group, self-care & buddy-care exercises that can be adapted to various home, work, school, physical and other limiting conditions.
MISC offers practice opportunities that help develop holistic wellness, self-awareness, improved self-regulation, relationships relaxation and overall enriched quality of living.
